its been a few weeks... I was doing great working out twice every day... my eating was okay i need to improve that alot and drink all my water . I have only been getting about half my water in a day i need 147 oz of water a day for my weight plus extra for breastfeeding. I had major eye muscle surgery on both eyes so im down for another week this week im really focusing on what i put into my body and how i feel so i will be journaling that as well this week and then next wednesday i will weigh in again and see if it helps my food will be mostly plant based as I'm working on only having 5% ANIMAL BASED PRODUCTS IN MY DIET DAILY

Weigh in day /measurement day

I had weighed in today I usually do it on mondays. However i forgot so i did today and I'm down 2 lbs and 2 inches in my legs :)... im coming to end of week 3 of slim in 6 and day 2 of BBL. both beach body programs.  by the end of september I want to be down 5 more pounds and 3 inches around my lower abdominals and 2 more on my legs

Started over

As some of you know I Got pregnant with our Rainbow baby in february 2012. I have Him in November 2012. i gain 24 lbs with his pregnancy. I have since then been focusing on my family and my newest son . In July we lost everything when hubby had to get out of the military but i have started working out daily doing Slim in 6. I  have not lost any inches yet but have lost 3 lbs I am on my 3rd week of slim in 6 and just started Brazil butt lift... I drink shakology almost daily... try and eat as clean as possible everyday... i am on a journey to lose 110 lbs from where i am currently sitting at 247 lbs i  want to be healthy so i will be updating this on sundays on my rest days and weighin day
share with me any fitness results and challenges I would love to hear them


my goals for September
- lose 10 pounds
- be able to do 20 pushups
- lose 10 inches all over
- teach vanna 3 sight words
- teach maddie her numbers to 20
- make flower pens

hit a hard rock

well I've been stuck at my weight but still working out.. I've been trying to work out everyday well i started today i made a promise to my self  that i would work out 14 days straight then take a day break and that I can do anything for 2 weeks straight and start getting back on the wagon. I have been battling with my self and my depression. stress and anxiety. I miss my baby boy so much and some days its all my energy to get out of bed and i know thats not a excuse but its my reality I have been really watching what i eat and drink lately and i am feeling better I'm still 2-3 lbs from my first goal my goal is to be there at the end of these two weeks but i know i can do it I had my hubby take pics of me so i can see the results as they happen instead of not noticing them  and becoming discouraged. I go back for new bloodwork beginning of march to see if my potassium and liver enzymes are okay now.. so i have 2 weeks to clean the bad foods and only eat healthy food and exercise daily and see if that makes the difference :) well i think thats all for this blog :) t


P.S take it from me take care of yourself even when your pregnant i use to be incredibly healthy and thin and i thought i wouldn't even have the issues i am now

New program/shakeology/diet

Ok so 2 days ago I started a 30 day workout and eating better I had gotten back into a lot of bad habits like drinking soda and not drinking my water ... eating out ect... we'll 2 days ago i decided i needed to quit if we wanted to ttc and have another baby this year.. not sure when we are going to start yet... I would like to lose 10 lbs min before we do though. So today I am going to go shopping for fresh veggies and start making bags of healthy meals so all i have to do it take it out and put it in the crock pot. we are only buying fresh stuff now no pastas or canned food... fresh veggies fruits and protein chicken and pork staying away from red meat since it makes me sick. I will log again once I finish week one of my new workout :) 5 more days I am taking sundays off of doing this workout and doing zumba.... I want to keep moving so I can lose the most the fastest :) and the healthiest way I also ordered shakeology and am going to be buying a protein shake mix today as well so I will only be eating "real food " at dinner and 2 small Healthy snacks a day :) I will post when I start shakeology!

also i went to the dr and had my thyroid checked and will find out results soon. also was referred to a ent for my ear but that is on my other blog :)

2nd weigh in :)

today was weigh in measuring day well i did nt do to well but Ive lost 8 lbs and and 5 inches off my abdomen I'm please with it for the most part would like more inches to come off my hips and more weight to come off.. today i found out my power 90 1-2 disc is completely done the kids have destroyed it :( found it with another game in our wii so now if i want to do it i have to re order a whole new one! I'm debating weather or not to order that or insanity ... but first i have to figure out what is going on with my health but with all the problems i had in january i still lost Body fat % :)
