2nd weigh in :)
today was weigh in measuring day well i did nt do to well but Ive lost 8 lbs and and 5 inches off my abdomen I'm please with it for the most part would like more inches to come off my hips and more weight to come off.. today i found out my power 90 1-2 disc is completely done the kids have destroyed it :( found it with another game in our wii so now if i want to do it i have to re order a whole new one! I'm debating weather or not to order that or insanity ... but first i have to figure out what is going on with my health but with all the problems i had in january i still lost Body fat % :)

jan 26th
okay so the last couple days i haven't been counting calories but just eating in moderation. I have lost 1 lb since jan 19th.... weigh in for the BL comp i am in is on the 31 I'm hoping to lose 2 more lbs by then :) ... everything can get done one day at a time... just have to work harder some days :) i started working out again yesterday today is sculpt day 1. and day 2 of working out.. trying to get 6 days of workout this week :) hope everyone is doing well :)

New week New beginning
so jan 21 was a complete fail since it was my daughters birthday i had a party we had hotdogs cake cake balls celery with pb n raisins carrots and i deff gained a lb so here to a new week of watching calories again and starting to work out again i am going to try the two week body turn over again and see if i can get some good results in two weeks and week 1 is elimating all junk ( soda chips juice candy fast food )
fast food is eliminated out of our diet already tomorrow i will be making 2 eggs with a tbsp of salsa over some whole wheat bread for breakfast lunch i will have a nice salad with lettuce cucumber tomato carrots raisins and some balsamic vinegar. and dinner I'm not sure prob chicken and veggies :) every week is a new beginning heres to getting back on track and losing this weight :)

jan 15-20
okay so we are home now and have been since the 15th but just now got internet back.... I weighed in myself when we got home and my fear was true i gained 7 lbs on leave :((.. well i weighed myself again today and I'm down 6 lbs ! Im hoping to keep it up and at least lose 6 more lbs before my next dr apt with my obgyn. my reg dr apt got pushed back so now i have to wait till feb to find out what is going on why I'm having a hard time losing weight. well I have been eating mainly eggs with salsa and pb no not together.... and protein n mixed veggies tomm is my salad day salad for lunch and chicken n veggies for dinner... I am going to be ordering shakeology soon... as soon as we have money and i can't wait.

jan 10-14
so its been a few days things have been crazy i havent been working out since im taking care of two kids and my hubby whom just had a reversal. but i am eating okay i have lost 1 more lb. today we are celebrating with some family madelyns birthday. we will be back in NC tomm.. and my workout will start again on monday :) my goal for next week is eating a ton of healthy salads ( no iceberg) and raw fruits n veggies and high protien welll thats all for now

day 7
well today wasn't good but was still in my calories. We had to go for hubby's pre-op for his surgery on Wednesday so we went up to the military base and found well we didn't get to eat prior to leaving the house so we stopped and got McDonald's (:( ) I got a fish fillet but only ate the sandwich and a handful of fries totaling about 380 - 400 calories and i drank water and not soda ! :) so we got to the hospital 45 mins early and were told the place was in a bother building so kids in the stroller hubby and I walked as fast as possible over there and then to find out it was in the other building ! so we darted back over and finally found it. so that was my workout I prob burned the fries off ha ha.... Then we had apple bees for dinner and idk about you but when it gets close to that time of month I seem to want red meat ! so i had a steak chips and spinach and artichoke dip. prob around 1000 calories and that's all i ate today besides a few bites of homemade granola. and only had water today :)

day 6
so last night we bout me a food scale and measuring cup. Today started okay with 3/4 cup banana nut cheerios and 1/4 cup whole milk( i know not good but thats what we had) then lunch we got subway and i loaded it with tons of veggies tomato green bell peppers ect. Then dinner we had beef (extra lean no fat on after cooked :) ) collard greens carrots onions and red potatoes. I Have been really good on drinking my water and thats all i have been drinking I had 1/4 can of soda today. if that I just took a sip of hubbys. I had some homemade granola today to. I forgot to track my calories though but think I'm doing okay :)
I didn't get my workout in , however we walked around the mall for about 30 minutes. then chasing kids around. overall today wasn't bad. I made a beach body account and I start a STRICT 90 DAY PROGRAM. I am ordering shakeology and 2 day fast powder. I will eat breakfast homemade. drink a protein shake for snack then shakeology for lunch and veggies for afternoon snack and a good healthy dinner. I need everyone to keep me accountable for eating right I have till april 7 to lost at least 30 lbs

day 4 & 5 okay
so day 4 was a travel day so we just snacked all day on the road... but i only drank water which i usually give in and drink soda. The good thing is now that I have only been drinking water I cant STAND soda. so next thing is to cut the sweets (cookies.. chocolate. ect) Im sticking with getting rid of 1 bad thing from my diet at once soda is gone so now for the sweets. then the bad carbs. today hasnt been to bad i havent really ate much my mom is making baked zita so not sure how many calories are in it but i will watch my portions. tommorrow i plan on going and getting some grocerys so that we can make lunches since my mom does dinner while we are here I want to make sure we have very high protien lunches my mom gave me a great sandwhich maker that makes amazing soft poached eggs and scrambles eggs as well and sandwhiches so I think illl be using that this week and I will work out tomm if I cant get to intonight since we havent had a car all day cuz our tires went dead.... well thats it for now :)
Oh.. and just wanted to say now that Im not drinking soda I feel sooo much better im not sleepy anymore and just overall feel healthier just by getting rid of the caffeine.. I took a sip today and it was so gross to me and i use to be able to down 4 or 5 cans a day

day 3 : Horrible
the day started out good healthy breakfast. Then my depression set in and starting missing my son more than anything n it went from there the chips n dip soda... then pizza pzone (1260 calories) for dinner along with wings i ate one 2300 calories yesterday! i was so disgusted in myself. Today Im hoping for a better day I'm making salsa chicken for dinner and veggies. drinking tons of water the only thing i did good was drank a lot of water yesterday. and I'm making myself work out in a few mins ill post tonight how all that went :) Have you started eating right and exercising? Make the changes you need day by day :)

day 2 : getting better
Today I finally got to workout again I LOVE POWER 90. I get a really good sweat workout. Eating today wasn't good but I made turkey burgers and green beans for dinner. I have drank about 70 oz of water and had a coffee this morning. I ran around outside having a snowball fight with my family today so between that and the Power 90 sweat i got a good workout. I'm gonna try and squeeze in zumba tonight to burn the not so good food LOL.... Im proud i haven't had soda today even tho I wanted it. I didn't give in. :) I can accomplish anything day by day. I can't wait to get beach body Insanity. I will be doing that for 60 days and then power 90 for 3 months after that. My first goal is to get to 220 :)

Day 1 of my new lifestyle
so today didn't go so well... it was hard with having the 4 kids and not being home where i have healthy choices everywhere i did go all day without soda till tonight and i had indigestion so bad i ended up opening a soda and drinking it helped a little bit. Tommorrow if it doesn't look to bad outside we are going to the store and getting some veggies and chicken for me i have gained 7 lbs since being on leave and that upsets me so much. but I am ready to get back on my working out which will start in the morning since we just have our 2 kids now. It should be easier to work out. I think i am insulin resistant more n more from symptoms i have and that i have such a hard time losing weight. well that is all for now its past midnight I'm gonna snuggle up with hubs n watch a movie n go to bed thanks for reading

Background
When I was younger i was always in pretty good shape. I was 150 lbs wearing size 5 n 7 jeans i was happy with my self i had a lil pudge but i NEVER HAD to work out.
In 2006 i worked out with the marine recruiters and got in really good shape lost 10 lbs and 2 pant size. in 2 months. then I moved to NC in june 2007 stopped working out completely eating whatever we wanted i worked at a daycare center and ate there then after work rob n i would go out to eat. then I got pregnant November 2007 and thought I could eat what I wanted and gained 100 lbs with my pregnancy. i had savanna never lost a lb after delivering her. found out when she was 9 months old I had an intestinal parasite. got it cured and found out I was preggo again in June 2009. didn't gain anything with that pregnancy. lost 22 lbs after delivery with in 3 weeks. My hubby came home from deployment I got on Birth control and gained it back so i was the same weight as i delivered madelyn and savanna . I was depressed at all the weight i gained tried eating right but it got really hard financially with us traveling to find out what was wrong with madelyn. between her eyes n stomach. then i got off the pill and got a IUD placed. lost 5 lbs then got preggo in Oct with cameron. gained 32 lbs the heaviest I have ever been. in my entire life and I am disgusted with it. after I delivered him i lost 30 lbs within a week. and then 10 more and now I am stuck at 250 .. I am doing power 90 daily and zumba going to be starting insanity. I am determined to get this weight off me. I think i either have a thyroid or insulin problem which i will find out at the end of this month. thanks for reading
