day 3 : Horrible
the day started out good healthy breakfast. Then my depression set in and starting missing my son more than anything n it went from there the chips n dip soda... then pizza pzone (1260 calories) for dinner along with wings i ate one 2300 calories yesterday! i was so disgusted in myself. Today Im hoping for a better day I'm making salsa chicken for dinner and veggies. drinking tons of water the only thing i did good was drank a lot of water yesterday. and I'm making myself work out in a few mins ill post tonight how all that went :) Have you started eating right and exercising? Make the changes you need day by day :)
