New week New beginning

so jan 21 was a complete fail since it was my daughters birthday i had a party we had hotdogs cake cake balls celery with pb n raisins carrots and i deff gained a lb so here to a new week of watching calories again and starting to work out again i am going to try the two week body turn over again and see if i can get some good results in two weeks and week 1 is elimating all junk ( soda chips juice candy fast food )
fast food is eliminated out of our diet already tomorrow i will be making 2 eggs with a tbsp of salsa  over some whole wheat bread for breakfast lunch i will have a nice salad with lettuce cucumber tomato carrots raisins and some balsamic vinegar. and dinner I'm not sure prob chicken and veggies :) every week is a new beginning heres to getting back on track and losing this weight :)
