day 2 : getting better

Today I finally got to workout again I LOVE POWER 90. I get a really good sweat workout. Eating today wasn't good but I made turkey burgers and green beans for dinner. I have drank about 70 oz of water and had a coffee this morning. I ran around outside having a snowball fight with my family today so between that and the Power 90 sweat i got a good workout. I'm gonna try and squeeze in zumba tonight to burn the not so good food LOL.... Im proud i haven't had soda today even tho I wanted it. I didn't give in. :)  I can accomplish anything day by day.  I can't wait to get beach body Insanity. I will be doing that for 60 days and then power 90 for 3 months after that. My first goal is to get to 220 :)
