jan 10-14

so its been a few days things have been crazy i havent been working out since im taking care of two kids and my hubby whom just had a reversal. but i am eating okay i have lost 1 more lb.  today we are celebrating with some family madelyns birthday. we will be back in NC tomm.. and my workout will start again on monday :) my goal for next week is eating a ton of healthy salads ( no iceberg) and raw fruits n veggies and high protien welll thats all for now
