okay so the last couple days i haven't been counting calories but just eating in moderation. I have lost 1 lb since jan 19th.... weigh in for the BL comp i am in is on the 31 I'm hoping to lose 2 more lbs by then :) ... everything can get done one day at a time... just have to work harder some days :) i started working out again yesterday today is sculpt day 1. and day 2 of working out.. trying to get 6 days of workout this week :) hope everyone is doing well :)
