day 4 & 5 okay

so day 4 was a travel day so we just snacked all day on the road... but i only drank water which i usually give in and drink soda. The good thing is now that I have only been drinking water I cant STAND soda. so next thing is to cut the sweets (cookies.. chocolate. ect)  Im sticking with getting rid of 1 bad thing from my diet at once soda is gone so now for the sweets. then the bad carbs.  today hasnt been to bad i havent really ate much my mom is making baked zita so not sure how many calories are in it but i will watch my portions. tommorrow i plan on going and getting some grocerys so that we can make lunches since my mom does dinner while we are here I want to make sure we have very high protien lunches my mom gave me a great sandwhich maker that makes amazing soft poached eggs and scrambles eggs as well and sandwhiches so I think illl be using that this week and I will work out tomm if I cant get to intonight since we havent had a car all day cuz our tires went dead.... well thats it for now :)

Oh.. and just wanted to say now that Im not drinking soda I feel sooo much better im not sleepy anymore and just overall feel healthier just by getting rid of the caffeine.. I took a sip today and it was so gross to me and i use to be able to down 4 or 5 cans a day
